Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19, we are only shipping every Tuesday & Thursday for now. We restock on Monday's and Friday nights.

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days before shipping (Monday-Fridays). If your order does not ship the same week you order, You can expect it to ship by the following shipping day/week.

Due to high order frequency, processing can take longer, however, the order will always be received within the shipping selected at check out (1-2 business days). Check back frequently as the processing times may vary depending on the time of year. 

Also, if your billing and shipping information do not match, this will prevent and stop the order from processing. Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. If not, please send a copy of your valid government-issued ID to our support staff. Please be aware that we reserve all rights to deny purchases if fraudulent activity is suspected.

 We offer flat rate shipping fees for both domestic and international orders, express shipping is available as well. Hair orders normally will have a 2-7 business day wait to arrive once shipped (not including holidays). 

Due to Covid-19, Hair orders may take 7-12 business days. 

All orders are shipped through USPS. Custom orders such as wigs and special colors typically take longer to process, Wait times are as followed: 

10-14 Business days for Colors, & 2-4 weeks for wigs

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order after payment is confirmed & received. It’s imperative that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. Refunds will be not issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note; we are not responsible for carrier delays due to any circumstances.
